how to get rid of acid reflux quickly

... Read moreFrom my own experience with acid reflux, I've found that incorporating certain natural remedies really helps reduce discomfort quickly. For example, just 1-2 tablespoons of pickle juice can boost stomach acid levels and ease the burning sensation almost immediately. Another remedy I use regularly is aloe vera juice before meals, which coats and soothes my esophagus, providing lasting relief. Slippery elm and DGL licorice supplements also work wonders by protecting the upper digestive tract and improving valve function to prevent reflux. I’ve noticed that sipping warm water mixed with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar before eating can make digestion smoother and lessen acid build-up if your reflux is caused by low stomach acid. Ginger tea is another favorite of mine—it helps relieve pressure and reduces bloating. One key tip I've learned is to avoid antacids frequently, as they may hinder digestion in the long run. Instead, these natural options support your digestive system without shutting it down. Persisting with these methods consistently has made a huge difference in managing my acid reflux symptoms quickly and effectively.

I used to get acid reflux but would puke up a mouthful of the top of my stomach, it no longer bothers me as a result. And keeping the air bubble out of the top of your throat helps.
