What if you just took God at His word today?
Not after you see the results. Not after the doctor calls back. Not after the situation changes.
Right now. Just as it is.
That is what stopped Jesus in His tracks one day. Not a loud prayer. Not a big production. Just a man who said I do not need you to come to my house. I do not need to see it happen. Just say the word and I believe it is done.
And Jesus called it the greatest faith He had ever seen.
I think about that a lot. Because most of us are waiting for proof before we believe. We want to see the change before we trust the promise. We want to feel better before we say thank you.
But what if today you just believed Him?
For that body that needs healing. For that person you have been praying for. For that situation that looks impossible. What if you just said Jesus I trust your word over everything I can see right now?
That kind of faith gets His attention every single time.
“When Jesus heard this, he was amazed at him, and turning to the crowd following him, he said, I tell you, I have not found such great faith even in Israel.” Luke 7:9 (NIV)
Just take Him at His word today. That is enough.
