How well do you sleep?

If you are anything like like and have to deal with anxiety, sometimes getting a good nights rest is a difficult task. I also know that with the anticipation of the results of this years presidential campaign many of us were on pins and needles only to have to face the what is essentially above us now…I started adding #magnesium to my #nightroutine and have definitely noticed a difference in my sleep pattern. #BetterAlt has provided us with a way to alleviate the anxiety and make sure we are getting the rest that we deserve.
