until then I’ll just ride the wave
Sometimes life's challenges feel overwhelming, especially when we can't openly share our deepest struggles with others. The phrase "lord please help me heal from all the things I can't discuss with anyone else" resonates deeply for many who carry unseen burdens. In my own experience, embracing these waves of uncertainty and pain requires a mix of patience, self-compassion, and gentle persistence. Riding these waves means accepting that healing isn’t always linear — there are good days and hard days. Until further clarity or peace arrives, it helps to remind ourselves that it’s okay to take things moment by moment. Small practices like journaling, meditation, or even talking to a trusted friend or a counselor can create a much-needed outlet for what we cannot express openly. I’ve found that this journey also involves seeking support beyond oneself, whether spiritual, professional, or communal. The simple act of asking for help internally or externally can be a powerful step toward restoration. Though sometimes silent, these struggles are real, and healing often begins with acknowledging them quietly and riding the waves with hope that calm waters lie ahead.
