ブルベ夏の「似合う色」って、まずは“青み・明るめ・やわらかさ”がキーワードだと実感してます。逆に黄みが強いベージュや、濃すぎる黒は顔色が沈みやすくて、同じ服でも疲れて見える日がありました。だから秋冬は、無難に黒に逃げずに「グレーの選び方」を変えるだけでかなり盛れます。 私がブルベ夏で特に似合いやすいと感じたのは、ライトグレー〜ミディアムグレー（いわゆる“青みグレー”）。GUの秋新作にもパーカー、ニット、ワンピース、アウター、パンツ、スニーカーまでグレーが多いので、まずは“グレーを味方にする”のがおすすめです。具体的には、黄みっぽいグレージュより、少し冷たさのあるグレーを選ぶと肌の透明感が出やすいです。 次に配色。ブルベ夏が失敗しにくい組み合わせは、 ・グレー×オフホワイト（清潔感が出る） ・グレー×くすみピンク（血色が足される） ・グレー×ラベンダー（顔色がぱっと明るい） ・グレー×ネイビー（きちんと見え） このあたり。反対に、グレー×黄みベージュは「グレーがくすんで見える」ことがあったので、小物で白やシルバーを挟むとバランスが取りやすかったです。 アイテム別だと、トップスは“首元の抜け”が大事でした。ケーブルクルーネックニットみたいに首が詰まる形は、インナーを白にしたり、イヤリングやネックレスで光を足すと顔周りが軽くなります。ハーフジップやパーカーは、ジップを少し開けてVっぽくすると一気に似合いやすい印象。 ボトムスはグレーのラップパンツやイージーパンツが便利で、トップスをオフホワイトや淡色にすると「ブルベ夏っぽい柔らかい秋コーデ」になります。アウターはケープコートやダッフルコートなど面積が大きいので、グレーのトーン選びが超重要。迷ったら“ライト寄りのグレー”を選ぶと失敗しにくいです。 最後に小物。ブルベ夏はゴールドよりシルバーがハマりやすいので、靴やバッグ金具、アクセはシルバー系に寄せるだけで統一感が出ました。レースアップバレエスニーカーみたいな淡いグレー靴も、コーデ全体をふわっとまとめてくれるので秋に活躍します。
