In the afternoon, I enjoy coffee paired with Pepsi Zero and fries as a small treat, which helps me stay refreshed during busy hours. One key part of my day is reading—it offers a peaceful break and stimulates my mind, promoting mental wellness. As we transition into summer, I make sure to include plenty of walking in my routine. Walking not only helps me prepare physically for the warmer months but also gives me a chance to clear my mind and enjoy nature. Living in Calgary, the snowy weather keeps things cool, which I actually enjoy as it makes indoor relaxation more cozy. Recently, I was in Edmonton, where I took the chance to rest and rejuvenate before heading back to the village. These seasonal shifts add variety to everyday life and remind me to embrace changes with a positive outlook. A quote that inspires me is, "Someday everything will make sense. So for now, smile through the tears and laugh at the confusion. Keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason." It’s a beautiful reminder to stay hopeful and find joy even in uncertain times.
