Meal Prep & Supplements

Breakfast is spinach, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and ground turkey with egg and cheese.

Lunch is taco salad with lettuce, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, and ground turkey. I'm using chipotle ranch dressing and crushed tortilla chips as a salad topper.

I also take myo-inositol to help balance hormones, an often overlooked but key aspect of maintaining energy and mood stability. Vitamin D rounds out my supplement intake by supporting strong bones, particularly because I don't get enough sun exposure regularly. Beyond supplements, hydration plays a crucial role in feeling energized and maintaining overall health. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day is essential, especially when consuming fiber and engaging in a balanced diet like mine that includes plenty of vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Combining thoughtful meal prep with a tailored supplement routine creates a holistic approach to health that is sustainable and effective. This balance helps manage daily stresses, supports bodily functions, and keeps me feeling my best every day.
