What you need:

3 potatoes

1lb ground beef, turkey, or chicken

4 cups of broccoli

Olive oil

Seasonings: I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, & chipotle chili powder! I just eye ball these no extract measurements

Cornstarch

4 cloves garlic

Optional: Sharp cheddar

Chipotle mayo:

1/2 cup light mayo

Juice from one lime

Chipotle powder

Garlic powder

Salt/pepper

Water for desired consistency
