DADAR GULUNG (±10 buah) 📝 Bahan Kulit: 125 g tepung terigu 1 butir telur 300 ml santan cair 1 sdm gula pasir ¼ sdt garam 1 sdt pasta pandan / air daun pandan Sedikit minyak untuk olesan teflon 🥥 Bahan Isian (Unti Kelapa): 200 g kelapa parut (pilih yang agak muda) 150 g gula merah, sisir halus 1 lembar daun pandan 50 ml air Sejumput garam 👩‍🍳 Cara Membuat: 1️⃣ Isian: 1. Masak gula merah, air, dan daun pandan sampai gula larut. 2. Masukkan kelapa parut dan garam. 3. Aduk hingga kering dan bisa dipulung. 4. Angkat, dinginkan. 2️⃣ Kulit: 1. Campur tepung, gula, dan garam. 2. Masukkan telur, aduk rata. 3. Tuang santan sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan licin. 4. Tambahkan pasta pandan, aduk rata. 5. Diamkan 15 menit agar kulit lembut. 3️⃣ Memasak: 1. Panaskan teflon, oles tipis minyak. 2. Tuang 1 sendok sayur adonan, ratakan tipis. 3. Masak sebentar (tidak perlu dibalik). 4. Angkat. 4️⃣ Gulung: 1. Ambil kulit, beri isian di tengah. 2. Lipat kanan–kiri, lalu gulung rapi. 💡 Tips Anti Gagal: Gunakan api kecil supaya warna hijau cantik. Jangan masak terlalu kering agar kulit tetap lentur. Bisa pakai gula aren untuk rasa lebih wangi.
