I’m on a quest of holistic healing. I’m tired of pharmacists the medications when my mother passed she only took Tylenol every once in a while. She was 91. My dad began swimming EVERYDAY, (except Sunday’s we went to church)in his sixties, he passed from prostate cancer at 83, but never had arthritis. My paternal grandparents lived to 101 and 106. My maternal grandparents lived to 73 (papa had a stroke) and 99 (natural causes). They at simply with food from their own gardens. I feel much better now that I’ve begun to change my way of eating. Now if I can Lear to leave the steak and ice cream alone I’ll or at least make my own ice cream I’ll be fine. Thanks for sharing!!!❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
