Sorry for not being active

I’ve had a rough couple years. My dad passed away January 2 2025 from aggressive natural killer cell leukaemia. Little after that my mom was diagnosed with cancer and also my mother in law. Than my dad’s dad my grandpa passed away this year in January. It’s been really tough for me.

I found that reaching out to support groups and talking openly about grief helped me process my feelings. Everyone's experience with grief is unique, but allowing yourself to mourn and not rushing the healing process is important. Small daily routines and self-care practices also played a crucial role in regaining stability. From meditation to journaling, these strategies helped in managing stress and maintaining a connection with my family memories. If you are facing similar situations, don't hesitate to seek professional advice, whether through counseling or medical support for caregivers. Grief can sometimes be isolating, but sharing your story and hearing from others can offer comfort and strength during difficult times. While it’s been tough, these experiences have also taught me the value of cherishing moments with loved ones and building resilience amid hardship. I hope by sharing this, others going through similar struggles may find a sense of solidarity and hope.
