Seeing my brand listed alongside other renowned eateries on Foodpanda feels surreal but incredibly motivating. The platform’s promotional schemes, such as free delivery and special discounts, have helped boost customer engagement and loyalty. Running a small food business in today’s digital age means you have to be adaptable and resilient. My approach has always been to execute relentlessly and avoid empty promises—something my customers have come to respect.
