As a mom of 2 under 2 it's hard to find the time to exercise, but here is the routine I've created for myself. When i don't have time on my side, a 30-minute jog is what I do daily. The exercises are very beginner friendly, and the dumbbells I use are only 5 lbs each. #summerbod
