However, I’ve learned through my own experiences that life truly goes on, and the key lies in how we respond to setbacks. One of the most empowering moments for me has been the quiet process of fixing myself without needing validation from others. Sometimes, the strongest support comes from within, as we muster the courage to stand up and move forward alone. When I faced difficulties, I found that reflecting on small progress helped. Even on tough days, acknowledging the effort to ‘pick myself up’ can build resilience gradually. The question “You’re so strong, how do you make it?” is something I’ve asked myself often. The answer I’ve found is that strength doesn’t mean never falling—it means continuing to rise, quietly and steadily. Incorporating self-reminders and affirmations into daily life can be very effective. Writing down encouraging thoughts, such as “quietly fixing myself,” helped me maintain focus and hope. Staying strong is not about denying pain but embracing it as part of growth.
