The love I have for all of these characters is so deep, I fear I may be adapting their personalities at this point. Getting to know Kabir and his relationship with not just Hunter but also Greedy and Duke in this book was everythinggggg. So much of mental turmoil Hunter was going through in the past made me feel so seen and validated. Then seeing Greedy coming to terms with the news that was revealed in the first book showcased the grief and pain for partners that isn’t always shown out in the world.
I cried. I laughed. I wanted go on my knees. I gushed. And I almost had my heart beat out of my chest with the ending.
I already am eager for the next book to see what is going to happen next for Hunter and her men. 😭🪩
