Underrated glute exercise🍑
One of the most underrated glute exercises in my opinion is smith machine step downs! Unlike a step up, you start standing at the top of the box and slowly step down. This creates a great stretch in your glutes and allows you to isolate that muscle group. I recommend doing these on the smith machin

I have seen such a huge difference in my Glutes by incorporating this exercise in a progressive manner every single week. Progressive overload is more reps, weight, intensity over time to make progress on one single exercise. That exercise is Bulgarian split squats on the âœĻ smith machine âœĻ.

Fave Hack Squat Exercise
This exercise is a KILLER! Not only does it focus on your quads , but it targets your glutes as well. As you can see, you angle your feet in first position (for my dancers, you should know) and slowly dip into your squat .. make sure core is tight and squeeze glutes the ENTIRE WAY UO to get that go

This is one exercise I haven’t stopped doing because of the results I’ve seen from it. And that is, the bulgarian split squat. If you’re having trouble feeling them in your Glutes then pay attention to these specific things listed: Start with lighter weight and increase as you progress! Happy
