How I increased my milk supply 🐮🍼
Went from struggling to squeeze out 2oz… to pumping over 9oz in ONE week 😭💪🏽
And no, it wasn’t luck — it was strategy, sis. Here’s what I did: 👇🏽
🩷 30/30/30 Method:
30 minutes pump
30 minutes rest
30 minutes pump
(I did this every morning/night before bed & it workeddd 👏🏽)
🌾 Galactagogues:
I added in the heavy hitters —
• Oatmeal
• Whole grains
• Leafy foods
• Body Armor & coconut water
• Herbal teas like fenugreek & blessed thistle(i personslly did not do this (Always check with your provider first though!)
🧖🏽♀️ Warm compresses during letdown = a game changer!
Literally helped my milk flow faster and easier.
💧 Hydration, hydration, hydration.
If I wasn’t sipping something, I was slipping on output. Period.
✨ Consistency was key. No skipping. No comparing. Just showing up for my baby and my body every single day.
You CAN increase your supply, bestie. Be gentle, stay consistent, and let your body do what it was made to do 💕🐮

Increasing your milk supply can be a daunting task for many new moms, but with the right strategies, it's entirely possible. One effective approach is the 30/30/30 method, which consists of alternating intervals of pumping and resting to maximize output. Pumping for 30 minutes, resting for 30 minutes, and then pumping again helps establish a consistent supply. Additionally, incorporating galactagogues into your diet can significantly aid in milk production. Foods like oatmeal, whole grains, and leafy greens are known for their milk-boosting properties. Staying hydrated is essential; ensuring you're drinking enough fluids, such as coconut water and herbal teas like fenugreek, can make a difference in your milk output. Warm compresses can also be beneficial during letdown, helping the milk flow more smoothly. Consistency is key—make a commitment to your pumping routine and trust in your body's ability to provide for your baby. Remember, every mother's journey is unique, so find what works best for you and your baby. Your body is capable, be patient, and embrace the process!
