Some days it feels like life stacks bricks on your chest one by one.

Bills. Stress. Setbacks. Smiling when you’re tired. Carrying responsibilities nobody sees. Trying to stay soft while life keeps testing your strength.

But I’m learning that staying positive doesn’t always look like being happy.

Sometimes it looks like:
