What I ate today in a calorie deficit 1/27

I went down in weight this morning. Down .8 lbs

Breakfast- I ate my cereal bar and had my premier protein shake

Lunch- I had a bowl of strawberries and blackberries. Also had some tuna and pretzel sticks.

Mid day snack- had half of this sugar free mini loaf cake. Also tried this little pickle chip bites. I found the recipe on here and made two. Not the greatest though.

Dinner- had bbq chicken sandwich with spicy corn.

Dessert- not pictures, but had a rice krispy treat
