Tracking your steps, like my effort of 0.66 miles at an average speed of 2.2 mph, can motivate and clarify progress. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new activity to ensure it aligns with your recovery plan. Your body deserves care as you transition back to fitness after surgery. Mindful practices, such as stretching and hydration, can support your journey. Small wins matter, so celebrate every effort, no matter how minor they seem. Let's embrace the path to wellness together!
