Why are Friday nights chaotic?

The school week ends, everyone’s hungry, and all I want to do is relax with pizza and a movie.

That’s why I prep my sourdough pizza dough ahead. It keeps things chaos free and the longer fermentation makes it more gut friendly. 🍕✨

Here’s my weekly routine 👇

Wednesday night: feed starter

Thursday morning: mix dough

Thursday night: divide + put in the fridge

Friday: bake and chill

Bonus tip: I reuse round takeout containers from our favourite Thai restaurant to store the dough. They’re the perfect size! 🙌
