Moved from Apple Watch to Garmin 965 - 6 months of physical use
At first I didn't think that changing the clock would have much effect on life.
Until the Apple Watch came as the Garmin Forerunner 965.
At first I just felt like I wanted something that didn't charge every day.
But finally, it becomes a tool that helps us understand ourselves more strangely.
🔋 Battery that stays "more than half a month."
The Apple Watch has to charge almost every night.
Once changed, Garmin felt that "time" was back on us.
You don't have to run for a charging cable or stop on the way.
Garmin lasts 20-25 days if used in general
Or a heavy GPS run, still swaying for days.
🧠 know stress... without even knowing.
The weird thing is, Garmin says we're stressed out.
Even on days when we consider ourselves passive.
Sometimes the numbers go up high during meetings or when we think a lot.
Once you see the numbers... then come back and review whether we are too heavy or not.
🔋 Body Battery: Like a Temple of Life Force in a Game
This one I like very much
It rates the energy of our bodies each day.
Like there's a power tube next to him.
When you sleep badly, stress, or hard practice, it will decrease.
Makes us realize, "Today should rest."
Maybe we're more reluctant than we thought.
🗺️ GPS that doesn't fool each other.
Previously running, GPS, some kind of detour, or some kind of wry path.
But this version of Garmin, GPS, is so accurate that I know
"How many seconds did we stop at the red light intersection?" or
"Where's the wrong turn of the path?"
The more you use when hiking or running a trail, the more you see the accuracy.
