Regularly moisturizing both your nails and cuticles is essential for preventing dryness and breakage. Consider using natural oils, such as jojoba or almond oil, which provide excellent hydration. Cuticle care is also crucial; gently push back your cuticles with a soft tool after a warm shower. Avoid cutting them, as this can cause infections. When it comes to nail shapes, oval or almond shapes are generally easier to maintain and are less prone to breaking compared to more pointed styles. Educate yourself on common mistakes in nail care. Many people overlook the importance of a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals. Biotin, zinc, and protein are vital for nail growth. Additionally, avoid using your nails as tools, which can lead to chipping and damage. Following this advice will help you achieve the nails of your dreams!

im lucky enough to have naturally long nails, but some things that could help you is cuticle oil, putting clear nail polish on them so they dont break while your making them stronger, keep cuticles cut and pushed back, n wash your hands and under your nails a lot with good soap to keep germs away from under them.
