I’ve been slacking on my self care since I started grad school in August 😭😭 I worked full time and did school full time, and even though I’m on winter break for school, my body is STILL tired 😭😭. Take this as a sign to take care of yourself… even when life gets busy/hectic, still make your mental/emotional/physical health your priority.
