Normalize Leaving Things Out on Purpose 🪞

I love keeping my home feeling cozy and lived-in by leaving out a few intentional decor pieces that add warmth and personality.

Everything I leave out has a purpose and adds something special to the space. Most items hold sentimental value like the drawing of my dog and the Minnie Mouse ears. I also like displaying the books I’m currently reading.

I love how my purse hangs on my photo wall. It’s cute, functional, and adds to the vibe. And since I love collecting perfumes, keeping them out is a must. It’s honestly one of my favorite parts of my room.

... Read moreCurating a home involves more than just choosing the right furniture; it's about expressing who you are through your decor. Intentional design highlights pieces that resonate with your personal experiences. For instance, displaying your favorite books not only adds a layer of warmth but also sparks conversation with guests. Adding sentimental items, such as a cherished drawing of your dog or fun Minnie Mouse ears, can infuse your space with character. Don't forget about functional decor like a stylish purse or an array of perfumes on display; they blend utility with aesthetics, contributing to the overall vibe of your room. To enhance your decor strategy, consider incorporating seasonal accents or rotating items regularly. This keeps your home feeling fresh without requiring a complete overhaul. Use color schemes that evoke feelings—soft neutrals for calmness or vibrant hues for energy. Each choice should echo your personality and lifestyle. Finally, remember that the beauty of intentional decor lies not just in what you display but also in embracing the idea of leaving some things out. A minimalist touch can often be just as impactful as maximalism. Approach your decor journey with a mindset of discovery, and let your home evolve with you.

Normalize leaving things out on purpose 🪞
At this stage in life, it can feel incredibly difficult to build a real, supportive community—one that truly comes together, collaborates, and grows. There's so much fakeness out there that it often keeps the genuine ones—the ones who want to learn, create, and thrive—from uniting. Now at 35,
