My Favorite Apps

From a Christian Girly Perspective

Some of these are plain old apps that honestly don’t have much to do with my faith but I had to add them as they are great for my everyday life!

🙏🏻Glorify app is so much fun as I am re starting my Christian journey once again. It makes you go in a daily walk—only five minutes or so— so it truly cares for your physical and mental health. This app is great for anyone just getting into the faith or already practicing!

🌇Pinterest is one many of us know and love! There are so many cutw pictures on there! I find tons of inspiration for modest outfits and I often see prayers on there I find helpful!

🐟The Chosen app is the app where I am able to watch The Chosen series for free. I absolutely love the series and definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a Christian show to watch!

🎶Spotify is my favorite music app to use because of all the playlist on it! People are so creative have such a good taste for music, aomething I lack, so it is nice to use the playlist others make.

📖Bible apple by YouVersion is honestly perfect to me! It has every version you could ever imagine of the Bible from Catholic, Orthodox, ans Protestant so it is perfect for all Christians worldwide! It has every language as well. It allows for you to highlight and take notes! I find this useful when I don’t have my Bible on me and need to look something up in the Bible.

📆Structured is a daily planner app that I use to manage my schedule everyday. I am someone who enjoys schedules, so this app is so helpful!! If you are like me and feel like a mess without some sort of structure this is perfect!

📝Notion is another great organization app! This is one I use for my classes and projects I need to do. I pit my grocery list, meal plans, watch list, and reading list all on here! Along with what medication I take, it is so helpful to me!

I 100% reccommend all of these apps to anyone looking to find any of the features I listed above!

Bye-bye lovelies, till tomorrow, God loves you all! 🫶🏻

... Read moreLoving the apps I shared for my daily routine! But since so many of you are curious about similar tools, I wanted to dive a little deeper into some areas that enhance my Christian girly life. Exploring More Religious Wellness & Devotional Apps: Beyond the Glorify app, which I adore for its gentle daily walk feature, I know many of us are looking for other religious wellness app examples. If you're seeking alternatives or just want to diversify your spiritual toolkit, I've heard wonderful things about 'Abide' for its guided Christian meditations – perfect for finding peace in a busy schedule. Another fantastic option is 'Hallow,' which offers a variety of prayer methods, rosaries, and even sleep stories rooted in faith. When I'm exploring a new devotional app, I always look for a user-friendly interface and inspiring daily devotional screens. The ability to customize my spiritual journey through a well-designed app really helps me stay consistent and connected. Christian Entertainment Beyond Shows: While 'The Chosen' series is a must-watch for me, I often get asked about Christian games apps. It's true they're not as abundant as other categories, but there are some gems out there! I've found apps that offer interactive Bible trivia, engaging stories based on scripture, or even puzzle games with uplifting, faith-based themes. These can be a fun way to engage with God's word, especially if you're looking for a lighthearted spiritual break or want to introduce younger family members to Christian concepts in an interactive way. Free Apps for Mindfulness & Spiritual Growth (Beyond "Be Present") Many of us are searching for free apps like 'Be Present' that encourage mindfulness and spiritual reflection. My beloved YouVersion Bible App, which I already highlighted, is fantastic not just for reading, but also for its extensive library of devotional plans and reading guides that can totally foster a meditative spirit throughout your day. Another great free resource I’ve explored is 'Pray.com,' which offers a selection of free prayers, Bible stories, and even bedtime stories to help you unwind with faith. It's truly about finding what resonates with your unique spiritual journey and helps you feel closer to God. Uplifting Music Apps & Creating 'Sparkle' Playlists: Spotify is incredible for discovering new music, but if you're looking for that 'music sparkles app' feeling – something that just uplifts your soul with positive energy – I highly recommend exploring Christian radio apps like K-LOVE or Air1. They often have curated playlists that just sparkle with joyous worship and encouragement. On Spotify itself, I love creating my own 'Joyful Worship' or 'Christian Pop Uplift' playlists. There's something so powerful about curating music that speaks to your heart and makes your spirit sing throughout the day! Pinterest for Deeper Inspiration & Modest Style: And about art sites and inspiration, Pinterest is truly a visual goldmine! It's not just for finding cute pictures; it's an incredible tool for finding modest outfit inspiration that aligns with my Christian values. I love creating boards for 'Christian aesthetic,' 'modest fashion finds,' or even beautifully designed scripture art that I can use as phone wallpapers or print for my physical planner. It’s a fantastic way to gather ideas for everything from home decor to daily affirmations, turning visual browsing into a source of positive, faith-filled inspiration. Level Up Your Organization with Notion (Beyond the Basics): Finally, my Notion setup is an absolute lifesaver! While I use it for basic grocery lists and meal plans, I've also found it incredibly helpful for tracking prayer requests, organizing sermon notes, and even creating a 'spiritual growth dashboard' to track my readings and reflections. The beauty of Notion is its flexibility; you can customize it for anything, whether it’s a simple to-do list for your day, a detailed project planner for your Bible study group, or even managing your budget. Little tips like using color-coded tags and creating linked databases really make a difference in keeping my 'organizing the day' tasks and all my 'to-do and grocery lists' perfectly streamlined.
