No-Bake Berry Lemon Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients
* 1 box honey graham crackers, crushed
* ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1 tub Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake Filling
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
* Fresh strawberries, sliced
* Fresh blueberries
* Strawberry syrup or topping for drizzle
Instructions
1. Make the crust
* Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
* Mix with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
* Press firmly into a parchment-lined dish or pan.
* Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until set.
2. Add the cheesecake layer
* Stir the lemon juice (and zest if using) into the cheesecake filling.
* Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
* Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or until firm.
3. Cut the hearts
* Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut individual cheesecake hearts from the chilled dessert.
4. Decorate
* Top with sliced strawberries and fresh blueberries.
* Add a small lemon wedge for garnish.
* Drizzle lightly with strawberry syrup.
5. Serve
* Keep chilled until ready to serve and enjoy!
