From 3k-50k+ followers in 5 months

No one could have told me I would be a full time content creator at the start of 2024! I started the year opening a new bank and winning awards and free trips in corporate America! Due to multiple incidents I realized I was done. After my mom passed away in June I decided I was going to go for my dream again! I focused on growing my TikTok account and grew over 10k followers in 7days! And the rest has been history! I’ve built a successful live, grow to over 50k organically, and been to TikTok HQ twice! I try to eat 100-120g of protein a day & buying most things in bulk from Costco has helped SO MUCH! I also try to follow a 1:10 ratio of protein:cals as much as I can! So if something has 200 cals, it should have at least 20g protein. Another way to check is to drop the last number from the cal
