DAY 12
Day 12 of my 30-day fruit & veggie fast, and I’m feeling amazing! 🌱✨ My meals have been simple yet so satisfying: steamed cauliflower rice with mushrooms, refreshing fruit smoothies, juicy watermelon, and plenty of other fruits. For snacks, I’ve been loving pecans and cashews. 🥗🍉
I can already feel a difference—my clothes are fitting a little looser, and my energy is on another level. 🙌 I haven’t checked my weight yet because this journey is more about how I feel than the number on the scale.
To stay active, I’ve been hitting the gym 3 times a week for an hour of intense stair master sessions. 🏋️♀️ Let’s keep this momentum going! 💪 Depending on how I feel on Day 30 I may go to 60 days 🤪
