Infrared Sauna 🧖‍♀️ review

Healthy habits start with self care the infrared sauna had been that for me with helping me detox from any heavey metals or toxins in my body. I love picking different essential oil mixtures each time my new favorite custom blend for happiness and uplifting mood is neuroli oil and orange 🍊 oil and also lemon and sandalwood. For this session I choose orange yellow red lights to uplift mood and take away inflammation and anti aging. I have been for over the period of two weeks 3 sessions a week and I can totally feel a huge improvement in my mood and skin and energy levels. I highly recommended this for anyone who is thinking about trying it out. 10/10 recommendations!

... Read moreMany of you might be wondering, "What's the big deal with infrared saunas compared to traditional ones?" I certainly was! The main difference lies in how they heat you. Traditional saunas heat the air around you, which then heats your body. Infrared saunas, on the other hand, use light to directly heat your body, penetrating deeper into your tissues. This means you can get a more intense sweat at a lower, more comfortable air temperature (often around 120-150°F, compared to 180-200°F in traditional saunas). This lower temperature makes the experience much more tolerable for longer sessions, allowing for a deeper detox without feeling overwhelmed. For me, that comfort factor made all the difference in sticking with it! Beyond just feeling good, the benefits I've experienced align perfectly with what I've learned about infrared therapy. The deeper penetration helps promote a more significant detox, targeting heavy metals and toxins that accumulate in our bodies. I've noticed my pores feel incredibly clear, which has done wonders for my skin's appearance – a huge bonus! While it's not a magic bullet, the increased heart rate and calorie burn during a session, combined with improved circulation, can definitely contribute to overall wellness goals like weight management. And let's talk about stress management and improved sleep. After a session, I feel this profound sense of calm. The warmth and quiet create a perfect environment to unwind, and I've found myself sleeping much more soundly since starting. It's truly become a cornerstone of my self-care routine for mental and physical well-being. If you're thinking of trying it, here are a few tips from my own journey. My sessions usually last around 40 minutes, and I aim for a comfortable starting temperature of 140 degrees, gradually working my way up as I get used to it. Always remember to hydrate well before and after! I also love to customize my experience with essential oils – neroli, orange, and lemon are my current favorites for an uplifting vibe. The colored lights also play a role; I found the red and orange hues really boosted my mood and supported anti-aging benefits. What I appreciate most about infrared saunas is how gentle yet effective they are. The lower heat makes it accessible to a wider range of people who might find traditional saunas too intense. It's about finding a comfortable way to integrate powerful wellness benefits into your life, regardless of your personal preferences or physical comfort levels. It’s an investment in yourself that truly pays off!
