Day 75 ✔️
Finished 75 Hard for the second time and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful. This challenge isn’t just about fitness, it’s about building mental toughness, self-discipline, and showing up for yourself every single day, no matter what!
Doing it again reminded me of how powerful good habits can be when they’re consistent:
💧 Drinking enough water
📚 Reading every day
🏋️♀️ Moving my body (twice!)
📸 Staying accountable
🧠 No Alcohol
There were hard days, days I wanted to quit, days I was tired, busy, or just not feeling it. But I pushed through, and I came out stronger in every way. I’ve grown, I’ve learned, and I’ve proved to myself (again) that I can do hard things!!
This isn’t the end—it’s just the beginning of a better, more disciplined version of me. If you’re thinking of starting 75 Hard… do it. It will change you in ways you don’t expect and prove to yourself that you are capable of so much more than you think!

The 75 Hard Challenge is a transformative 75-day program emphasizing mental resilience through strict daily habits. These include drinking sufficient water, reading non-fiction, engaging in two workouts daily (one outdoors), maintaining strict diet adherence with no cheat meals, and avoiding alcohol completely. The challenge’s unique emphasis on consistency builds mental strength, teaching participants to overcome daily obstacles such as fatigue, busy schedules, and loss of motivation. Incorporating regular outdoor walks and targeted workouts (shoulders, abs, cardio) as highlighted in the image OCR content further supports physical and mental health. Outdoor exercise improves mood and reduces stress, while strength and cardio training enhance endurance and muscle tone. Accountability mechanisms, such as progress photos and journaling, reinforce discipline and motivation. Beyond physical fitness, 75 Hard instills core life skills like self-control, focus, and perseverance — qualities essential for personal and professional growth. The challenge’s no-excuses approach helps break bad habits and cultivate positive routines that extend well beyond the 75 days. For anyone considering 75 Hard, starting with a clear plan and mindset is key. Tracking progress daily, preparing meals, setting workout schedules, and committing to reading goals all contribute to success. Many participants report increased confidence, better stress management, and a profound sense of accomplishment. By completing the challenge multiple times, participants deepen these benefits, solidifying lifelong habits that promote holistic wellness and resilience. Embracing 75 Hard is not just a fitness regimen; it’s a powerful journey toward becoming a disciplined, stronger, and more capable individual.
