hi lovelies, wanted to show a little bit about my day to day life while working on slimming down & toning up!

my goal for this year is to find balance, in everything i do! i want to engage in learning daily, exercising, eating healthy & balanced meals & enjoying life to the fullest 💗

other honorable mentions: i also filmed a skincare routine for tiktok and went shopping for some new clothes! i went on a 45 min outdoor walk and also did 20 minutes of pilates. at night, ofcourse, i also study korean, read & stretch for at least 10 minutes!

@Litely is the app i use to track my daily intermittent fasting. I LOVEEE the layout of the app and all of different things I am able to track from weight to fasting and water intake! I highly recommend if you are interested or already engaging in intermittent fasting. 5/5 ⭐️
