... Read moreHey everyone! I'm so excited (and a little nervous!) to officially start the 75 Hard Challenge tomorrow. If you've been wondering *what is 75 Hard*, or searching for the 75 hard rules to finally kickstart your own transformation, you're in the right place. This isn't just a physical challenge; it's a mental toughness program designed to build discipline and resilience over *75 Days*. I'm diving in to push my limits and cultivate healthier habits, and I'd love for you to follow along on my journey. Let's break down the 5 Rules that define this intense program, straight from the OCR image and my own plan: Rule 1: Follow balanced nutrition & NO alcohol (Cutting out Bread & Sugar). This means focusing on whole, unprocessed foods. The "no alcohol" is clear, but cutting out bread and sugar will be tough! I'm planning meals carefully to stay fueled for my *2x45 minute workouts*. Rule 2: One Gallon of Water per Day. Hydration is key. A one gallon of water per day target seems big, but carrying a reusable bottle helps. I'll sip throughout the day, aiming to finish by early evening. Rule 3: Read 10 pages of a Growth Non-Fiction Book. I love this rule for mental growth. I've picked a growth-provoking book to dedicate 10 pages to daily. It's a great way to learn and unwind. Rule 4: Two 45 minute workouts (one indoor / one outdoor). Consistency and variety are key. One indoor, one outdoor workout ensures I’m active daily. My indoor might be strength, outdoor a brisk walk or hike. This addresses *75 hard workout rules*. Rule 5: Take a daily progress photo. This feels vulnerable, but powerful for accountability. My daily progress photo will be a visual journal of my transformation. For those looking for 75 hard tips or a comprehensive *75 hard guide*, here’s my advice before *starting the 75 hard*: Prepare: Plan meals, schedule workouts, pick your book in advance. Hydrate: Keep that gallon jug visible and refill often. Strong Mindset: Tough days will come. Remember why you started. I'll be tracking my progress every single day for accountability. No Cheats: The strictness builds discipline. One slip-up, you restart. I’m thrilled to embark on this wellness journey and share my experience. If you're considering the *75 hard challenge*, I hope my approach and these rules provide the motivation and insight you need. Follow me along my Growth Journey for daily wellness inspo!
