Homemade bagels; super easy to make!

1) Make the dough

2) Cut into how many round bagels you would like

3) Roll each one into a ball (I added cheese into a couple of mine)

4)Take your two pointer fingers add some flour and make the hole and round it out

5) Let rise and while it’s rising get a pot of boiling water

6) Once boiling add the bagels and do 1 minute on each side

7) Place on a baking dish and spread an egg wash on it

8) Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden

9) Add any topping you would like (Everything bagel seasoning)

Extra tip these are good frozen in the freezer once cut for up to 3 months.. pop them in the toaster when you want one.. quick easy breakfast! 🥯
