Cajun Egg Boil

Egg Boil Recipe 😋

Ingredients:

3 eggs

Meat any Protein( Shrimp, Chicken, Sausage )

1 large onion, chopped (optional) Yellow or White

1/2 stick butter

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 tsp Crelole Sesoning

1/2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried parsley

May Substitute Seasoning to Your Taste

Instructions:

Boil the Eggs:

Bring water to a boil, add the eggs, and

cook for 8 minutes for soft-boiled or

10-15 minutes for hard-boiled. Transfer

the eggs to an ice bath to cool. Peel

Prepare the Sauce:

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat

Sauté onions (if using) until soft, then

add garlic and cook for a minute. Stir in

lemon juice and chicken broth and Garlic then let

simmer and add Seasoning Let Simmer 10 Minutes. Add to Bowl Add Eggs Whole or Sliced
