•Stretching- 10 minutes full body stretches of your choice!

•Cardio- Run on treadmill for 10 minutes on 3.5 and incline of 2.5.

•Stairmaster - 10 minutes on medium level.

*Repeat 3x’s in 30 mins increments for an hour.

*And of course having a healthy diet helps!! 💕
