As a Sr Developer, I know how important it is to grind hard on projects and push through late nights. But it’s just as important to step back, recharge, and enjoy life outside of work. For me, that means hitting the golf course and getting a workout in. Whether it’s on the course or in the gym, I find balance by staying active, which helps me refocus when I get back to coding.
