CHANGE IS NORMAL!!
I used to be on a competitive swim team for 6 years. I was constantly in shape and could eat whatever I wanted. Nowadays it’s not quite the same.
I stopped working out and continued to be lazy and ate terrible. But you have to remember that this is NORMAL!! And comparing yourself to a picture of you in the past is NORMAL. Alot of people do this.
Just look how much you have grown. Whether that’s accomplishments at your job, making new friends, being in a healthy relationship, having a great mindset! The list could go on and on.
But let me be real, me 3 years ago wasn’t happy, had hardly any friends and was in my room all the time, hating school. Fast forward to me now, IM LOVING LIFE!
I’m hoping this helps you to not beat yourself up for gaining weight, just look back at every thing you have accomplished and achieved since then.
