A love pot pie 🥰🫶

1 Frozen veggies

1 can cream of chicken soup

3 onions

Milk

2 rotisserie chicken

1 box of pie crust ( it has two pie crusts in one box.

Pie pan

Butter

What I do is I grab a sauce pan I put butter in the sauce pan with the onions and make sure the onions are nice and sautéed. Then I add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix very well until the flower is completely dissolved into the onions in the butter, I cut up my onions very small. In that same sauce pan I add the cream of chicken soup. Keep the can of soup because you’re gonna fill that with milk and dump that in the sauce pan as well along with the frozen veggies and the rotisserie chicken I bone the rotisserie chicken of course once that’s all mixed up if you feel that it’s too thick at a little bit of milk at a time, but you’re not gonna need to add too much because you’re filling the pie pan after. You’re gonna get a pie pan and grab both of the crusts that have been sitting on the counter for a little bit to room temperature at one pie crust to the bottom then take your filling put that in. Then you’re gonna cover the top with the other pie crust. Make sure you pinch the side so it doesn’t seep out completely and if you have the top of the pie crust over the pan, just take a knife and cut along the edges and you can make a little hearts with the extra pie crust you have I put it in the oven for 350 for 45 minutes.

I do, of course, add salt and pepper. You can add other seasonings if you like.
