Super clean and safe country.

Very hospitable locals.

Immaculate chill vibes everywhere, makes you want to be a cow in the Greenland level of chill.

Unparalleled nature views.

And with adventurous activities?!?!

Though pricier, I’ll say Switzerland is worth every penny and I’m sure this won’t be my last time here 😭😭 Time to save up for the next time 😭😭

I can’t emphasize enough how valuable the Swiss Full Pass was—it gave me effortless access to trains, buses, and cable cars, letting me fully enjoy weather-dependent activities like paragliding and mountain carts without stressing over separate tickets. Downloading the official SBB app made travel logistics a breeze with real-time schedules and platform info. Budget-wise, Switzerland is on the pricier side: accommodation and food can add up, so I suggest exploring picnic options, especially since Swiss grocery stores like Coop offer affordable, quality choices. Don’t forget to bring a picnic mat to relax amid Switzerland’s pristine nature spots. Regarding weather, late August days felt pleasantly cool with scorching afternoon sun in valleys, so layering with heat-tech wear and jackets was vital, especially for mountain excursions. Keep an eye on summit weather conditions online and consider rescheduling activities like paragliding if the view is obscured. For photo enthusiasts, checking TikTok for secret viewpoints really enhanced my experience, uncovering spectacular angles beyond typical tourist spots.
