... Read moreIf you’re planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh City and want to delve deeper into local culinary delights, I highly recommend expanding your food adventure beyond the usual. Bun Rieu, a traditional Vietnamese crab and tomato noodle soup, was a standout dish for me—rich in flavor and widely loved by locals. It’s best enjoyed at small, authentic eateries where fresh ingredients make all the difference. Besides dining, shopping enthusiasts will appreciate exploring boutiques like Rechic and Dottie, which offer a mix of modern and traditional Vietnamese styles. Don’t miss visiting iconic spots like Bitexco for both shopping and a quick stop at Haidilao Huoguo, known for its communal and interactive hotpot experience which lets you customize flavors and ingredients. For a relaxing break, coffee shops such as 1996 Space & Coffee and Cộng Cà phê provide a vibrant atmosphere for people-watching and sipping local brews. These cafes are perfect for unwinding between your shopping and sightseeing adventures. Also, consider trying local massages at places like Brelax Therapy Spa to recuperate after your busy days of exploration. Incorporating a spa visit can truly enhance your travel experience by blending leisure and cultural immersion. Planning your days with a mix of food sampling, shopping, and relaxation ensures a well-rounded Ho Chi Minh City trip, making it easy to enjoy the city’s vibrant culture and cuisine fully.

Ho Chi Minh is the new Bangkok ✨
Whatever you do in #bkk you can now do it in #vietnam HCM too! Massage ✅ Shopping ✅ Nails ✅ Spa ✅ Cafe ✅ Bars ✅ Cheap cheap good good ✅ The only downside I would say is that they do not have much late night activities. Most massage places closes at 11PM as compared to BKK at 2am.
