Okay so I’ve done daisy keech workouts in the past and I’m starting the Rosie graham summer 30 day challenge, but the question is do these workouts actually help? Like have any of yall noticed a change doing these workouts?

The original post asked a brilliant question: do these workouts actually help? It's something I've pondered myself, and I wanted to share my two cents and what I've learned from my own fitness journey with these popular programs. I first got into Daisy Keech's routines during lockdown, specifically her "Quarantine Bubble Butt" and her famous ab workouts. They were short, intense, and definitely made me sweat! For me, the biggest benefit was the consistency. Being able to fit a quick 10-15 minute session into my day, without needing any equipment, was a game-changer. Did I get a 'Keech peach' overnight? No, but I absolutely noticed increased strength in my glutes and core. My abs felt tighter, and I felt more confident. The key, I found, was really focusing on form, even when I was tired, and pushing through those last few reps. More recently, I've been exploring Rosie Graham's content, especially her 30-day challenges, like the 'Summer Body Challenge' and her Pilates workouts. What I love about Rosie's approach is how she emphasizes feeling good in your body and building sustainable habits. Her routines often feel more low-impact but incredibly effective for building long, lean muscle and improving flexibility. For instance, her abs workouts are challenging but gentle on the back, and I've felt a significant improvement in my posture and overall body awareness. I'm only a couple of weeks into her current challenge, but I'm already feeling more toned and energetic – it's less about drastic changes and more about consistent, mindful movement. So, do these workout videos *help*? In my opinion, absolutely, but with a few caveats. The effectiveness isn't solely about the instructor; it's also about *you*. Consistency is non-negotiable. Showing up most days, even for a short session, is far better than one killer workout a week. Secondly, form over speed! Watching their instructions carefully and even recording yourself can help ensure you're doing the exercises correctly to prevent injury and maximize results. Don't forget that nutrition plays a huge role too; you can't out-train a poor diet. If you're thinking of trying a Rosie Graham 30-day summer challenge or diving into Daisy Keech videos, my advice is to go for it! Start slow, listen to your body, and adjust as needed. Remember that everyone's body responds differently, and progress isn't always linear. The biggest win for me has been finding routines that I genuinely enjoy and that fit into my busy schedule.
