75 Hard… or Medium? Maybe soft?
Not sure what exactly to call this, but I’m giving it a shot!!
I made some changes to base around what I believe is achievable for me & my goals. Better late than never, going to try my best 🤷🏼♀️
The 75 Hard program, created by Andy Frisella, is a mental toughness challenge that requires participants to follow strict guidelines for 75 consecutive days. This program includes daily exercise, a strict diet, reading, and daily progress photos. Participants are encouraged to find a workout routine that suits them, like gym sessions or walking, while ensuring they meet daily step goals. With my own adaptation, I focus on balancing the challenge with what feels achievable, allowing for flexibility and sustainability. Remember that accountability is key—sharing your journey with others can keep you motivated and on track. Along with the physical aspect, it’s important to prioritize nutrition, aiming for a protein-rich diet, and minimizing unnecessary expenditures. Engaging in such a transformative experience can enhance not only physical fitness but also mental resilience and goal-setting abilities. Whether you choose a hard, medium, or soft approach, the essence of the program lies in consistency and commitment, paving the way for personal growth and a healthier lifestyle.
