high protein berry smoothie bowl 🥣🍓🍒

smoothie bowls are one of my favorite ways to ensure I hit my protein and fiber goals for the day!

this smoothie bowl base is a blend of peach, strawberry, cherry, coconut milk, and vanilla protein powder. I don’t really measure it honestly, I just add a bit of each fruit, one serving of protein, and enough coconut milk to cover the fruit. I use a ninja creami, so I freeze this base overnight.

you can make this in a blender if you don’t have a creami but I find that the creami is the best way to get this thick texture! I topped with fruit and coconut shreds but granola and nut butters make great toppings too.
