I want to live a little cooler than now.
There are "cool" people regardless of gender, aren't there?
I always think that I am cool, and it is not cool to exaggerate myself or to try to make myself look relatively good by humiliating others. (Laughs)
Do you sometimes think about yourself, "Oh, maybe I feel a little better today?"
When is that?
Sometimes you feel it when you see a full-length mirror before going out, sometimes you feel it when you are commended by something or you see the result in numbers.
When I see people doing things that I'm not very good at or that I tend to skip and can't do easily as a matter of course, I really think "cool."
And you end up liking that person, right?
(Well, there are times when I actually talk about it and dislike it. (Laughs))
We humans are creatures filled with greed, so I think we can't control the feeling of "more than now."
However, aiming for "more than now," I'm not good at taking action myself and I can't continue. Because it's troublesome..
That's why I don't feel a single millimeter hurdle for myself, but by doing "reading," I acquire knowledge, thinking, and communication skills (while crossing my legs at a cafe, reading a book with a cup of coffee), little by little I want to become cool!

『フランス人はなぜ好きなものを食べて太らないのか』を読んで一番刺さったのは、「好きなものを食べながら、太りにくい振る舞いを“習慣”にしている」という視点でした。食べ物そのものを敵にしない感じが、すごくフランスっぽい（という印象）で、読後に食事のストレスが少し軽くなりました。 私がすぐ試したのは、まず“食べる場面”を整えること。スマホを見ながら急いで食べると、満足感が薄くて結局だらだら追加で食べがちでした。なので、できる日はコーヒーを淹れて、机を片付けて、ちゃんと座って食べる。たったそれだけで「もう十分」と思えるタイミングが早くなりました。好きなものを食べて“かっこいいを維持する”って、気合より環境づくりが効くんだなと。 次に意識したのが「小さく楽しむ」。ケーキを完全にやめるのではなく、量を決めて味わう。例えば、コンビニスイーツでも“半分だけ”を丁寧に食べて、残りは翌日へ。最初は物足りないかな？と思ったけど、ゆっくり食べると意外と満足できました。禁止にすると反動がくるタイプなので、“少量で満足する練習”の方が続きます。 あと地味に効いたのが、間食を「なんとなく」から「目的のある楽しみ」に変えること。お腹が空いたからではなく、疲れている・退屈・気分転換したい、で食べている日が多かったんですよね。そこで、甘いものが欲しくなったら先に温かい飲み物（コーヒーやお茶）を飲んで5分待つ。まだ食べたいなら食べる。これだけで“自動食べ”が減りました。 この本は、糖質制限みたいにルールで縛るというより、「食事との付き合い方を上品にする」提案が多い印象でした。私はダイエットが続かないタイプですが、こういう“我慢しない方向”だと生活に入りやすい。読んで終わりにせず、1週間だけでも「ゆっくり味わう」「小さく楽しむ」「食べる場面を整える」をセットで試すと、体重より先に“自分をちゃんと扱えてる感”が増えて、ちょっとかっこよく生きられる気がしました。
