What do I really need right now?

In addition to my current life, there are things that I wish I had

There are many.

However, when it comes to "necessary things" and "things that satisfy your heart," there probably aren't that many.

I like the environment where there are few things in a large space.

I don't buy "things that may or may not exist."

Only what you want to get even if you endure something,

It enriches your life.

This idea introduced in this book,

I thought it was really good.

So, I thought again about "things that satisfy my heart." And after all, what fills my life now is "books."

Thankfully, the "book"

It doesn't fall under "something to endure and buy."

I bought a lot, so I'll be patient this month...

There are times when I think (laughs).

The merit of creating an environment where there are few things in life and few things to carry is to help you identify what is really necessary and important for yourself now.

To be more selective and refined (except for books),

I decided to let go little by little except for what I needed.

And, until now, I was often shopping by looking at "price rather than quality," but in order to cultivate the eyes to choose good things, I will try to choose "a little good things" I think!

私は実際に、モノを減らす生活を始めてから、自分にとって何が本当に必要なのかがはっきりしてきました。広い空間にシンプルに生活することで、心も体も軽くなり、生活の質が上がったと感じます。特に、横田真由子さんの『本当に必要なものはすべて「小さなバッグ」が教えてくれる』にあるように、少量の上質なモノを持つことで身軽になり、人生で大切にしたいことを見つけやすくなるという考え方には共感しています。私も小さなバッグで外出することが多くなり、持ち物を見直す良いきっかけになりました。また、買い物の際に「質より価格」を優先していた生活から変え、少し価格が高くても長く使える良いモノを選ぶようになりました。これにより持ち物の寿命が延び、結果的に経済的にも環境にも優しくなりました。読書好きな私にとって、「本」は心を満たす大切なアイテムですが、実際にはたくさん買いすぎてしまうこともあります。だからこそ、厳選して本棚を整理し、手放す勇気も必要だと思います。さらに、生活の中で不要なモノを手放すことは精神的な整理にもつながり、人間関係や時間の使い方を考えるきっかけにもなりました。余白のある生活は、自分が本当に大切にしたいものに気づけるチャンスをくれます。このように、私の経験からも、「小さなバッグの法則」は日常生活の中で取り入れやすく、心を豊かにする暮らしのヒントが詰まっていると感じています。モノの量だけでなく、その中身を吟味し、自分の価値観を見つめ直すことで、本当に必要なものを知るきっかけになるでしょう。
