The more you know that the shopkeeper is Chef Saki, Chef Joe's wife, who runs good restaurants like @ samlor.bkk and @ nawa.thaicuisine, it's no surprise. Why is the menu so creative?
Basically, the main ingredient is "coconut" on every menu, from drinks to food to snacks.
My favorite savory dish is "fresh yum." The raw material may look Thai, but it is very high in Japan. The vegetables and pickles at the alley come gracefully. Eat with fresh fruit / sour fruit in the season. The hero is grilled monkey's head mushroom. The smell of smokes can't stop eating. There is also dried fish powder, orange garde, kocho, and dachi marad. Combine together is delicious. Umami is very tasty. 10 / 10
There's "Hapburg Crepe Coconut Milk," a coconut-scented crepe dough, a Thai-skeptic hamburg, and "Chicken Ong Nipple Rice," which is covered with Gruyere cheese and mozzarella, fried until crispy, and eaten with coriander sauce.
The dessert is very much like "Pancake Coconut." The dough is soft and fragrant. It's a special variety of coconut white cloud. The coconut perfume is mixed with coconut milk. The meat is as oily as avocado. The shop is served fresh and chewed with northeast rum. It's very delicious. It's full, but it's still eaten non-stop.
Finish with "clay pot baked bread" is a mixture of Brijosh + Warabimoji flour, topped with coconut tears + fermented fruit syrup, and baked in a tiny clay pot. The opening is very fragrant. "Matcha Coconut Shoyu Foam" is a new type, very chopped, well-matched, filgin salted caramel version, shoyu, with a salty fragrance from the shoyu, unlike anywhere else.
