麻辣湯（マーラータン）は、中国成都発祥のピリ辛スープ料理で、スープの辛さや痺れの度合いを選べるのが特徴です。TANTAN 名 古屋栄店では、豊富な具材の中から自分の好きなものだけを選び、計りで量を測りながら調整できるため、食べ過ぎや辛さの失敗も防げます。私も実際に訪れてみて、山くらげや春雨、きくらげなどの食感が楽しい具材を選び、程よい辛さでとても食べやすかったです。 また、店内はとても清潔感があり、初めて麻辣湯を食べる方でも安心して利用できる雰囲気です。辛さが苦手な方でも辛さ控えめで注文できるため、幅広い層におすすめできます。食後に出てくるさっぱりとしたデザートは口直しにぴったりで、満足度が高かったです。 名古屋の駅近く、マルエイガレリア3階にあるためアクセスが良く、ランチやディナーに気軽に立ち寄りやすいのもポイント。麻辣湯好きや新しい辛さメニューに挑戦したい方にとって、とても良いお店だと思います。自分好みの罪悪感ゼロな一杯で、心身ともに整う食体験ができるので、ぜひ訪れてみてください。
