Strawberry Daifuku Mass 🍓💗 Healthy Japanese Confectionery
I mass-produced strawberry daifuku (laughs)
You can make about 15 pieces with 200g of shiratamako per bag.
I used the smallest strawberry in the store.
If you use large strawberries, you will have more bean paste to wrap and plenty of fertilizer, so 200g of shiratamako will be about 6 pieces 😊
If the strawberries are small, it's easy to wrap and I think it's easy ♡
⭕ material
● 15 strawberries (strawberries to put inside)
● About 150 g to 170 gr of red bean paste
● Shiratama flour 200g
60 g of sugar
300 g of water
Appropriate amount of potato starch
If you want to top with strawberries, please prepare that amount ♪
⭕.
① Sprinkle about tablespoon 5 of potato starch in a vat.
Take the stem of the strawberry by hand and wipe off the water.
Wrap strawberries in about 10-12g of anko.
① Put shiratamako, sugar and water in a heat-resistant bowl and mix well with a whisk.
② ① 600w 2 minutes range heating without wrap.
Take it out and mix well with a rubber spatula.
Heat for another 2 minutes.
Knead well with a rubber spatula and heat for another 1 minute.
Knead all over and complete.
Transfer to ① bat.
③ After transferring to a bat, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of potato starch on top of the fertilizer.
Sprinkle potato starch on your hands. The fertilizer will not stick and it will be easier to work.
Roll the fertilizer in a bat and sprinkle the whole with potato starch.
Divide it into about 15 pieces by squeezing it by hand.
Or it may be divided with a kitchen knife out to the cutting board.
④ Place the fertilizer of ③ on the palm of your hand and wrap the strawberry of ①. The tip of the strawberry faces down.
⑤ If you like, make a cut on the daifuku with scissors and put strawberries on it.
Compared to Western confectionery, Japanese confectionery has less fat and is healthy 😊
Anko is also rich in dietary fiber because it is a red bean.
It is quite expensive to buy, but it is quite profitable to make it at home 😊
Please try it if you like in the season when strawberries are delicious 🍓
