Sakuhoro ♡ Okara Cookie Butter · Egg-free Intestinal Activity Recipe
I baked crispy okara cookies using okara powder (fine powder type).
Butter and eggs are not used.
Just mix, stretch and bake, but it collapses easily.
If you don't mind if it collapses, please try it if you like 😊
Okara powder is made from fine powder from Tomizawa Shoten.
The fine particles of okara powder are also suppressed and it is easy to use for sweets.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
● Prepare a ruler.
To prepare a 4 mm to 5 mm.
Material
50 g rice oil
45 g of sugar
● Gyomu supermarket rice flour 60g
60 g potato starch
Okara powder fine powder type 20g
5 drops of vanilla oil
20 g of water
How to make
① Add rice flour and sugar to a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add rice flour, potato starch, okara powder and vanilla oil to ① and mix with a rubber spatula.
Add water and mix.
③ Place ② on the oven sheet pulled out long.
Cover with plastic wrap and place the ruler vertically on both ends of the dough.
Press lightly with a rolling pin from above to make it about the thickness of the ruler. Without rolling the rolling pin, press and spread it.
④ Remove the wrap and make a cut from the top so that it becomes the size you like with a kitchen knife.
After making a cut, lift the oven sheet without touching it and place it on the top plate.
Bake at the bottom of the oven at 170 degrees for about 18 minutes.
When baked, leave it on the top plate until it wakes up without touching it.
It hardens when you wake up.
